It is now simple to take a picture of a client’s cheque – front and back – and “edeposit” it to your bank. While this is convenient, it can make it difficult (impossible?) to remember who paid their bills – particularly when more than one cheque is deposited at a time.
In our practice we get around this by using an online form for deposits. We actually attach an image of the cheque – although that is not actually required since the cheque can be kept in a file and marked as “edeposited” after it clears.
Either Smartsheet™ or GOOGLE FORMS™ can be used for making a deposit book.
